100% GDPR COMPLIANT
Full log of all actions and availability - who did what and when. Clean up log functionality. Anonymisation (Right to be forgotten) - remove all personal data, but keep data for statistics.

RIGHTS GROUPS
Customised rights groups - database and application built using configurable RBAC/Rights based system. Can be adapted to the schools demands. Named user accounts and role based security which can be configured by system administrators to control which parts of system (down to individual data items and records) each user can see. E.g. tutors can only see details of pupils in their classes / ensembles and not others.

LOGIN
SAML 2.0 two-factor authentication supported. All logins are logged, including failed ones. Users who for some reason are denied access 8 times will be locked and can be unlocked by the local super-users.

ENCRYPTED
Application accessed using secure HTTPS. Data in transit protected using SHA-256 with RSA-encryption. No special browser plug-ins required.

DATA
Data is stored in Denmark at Unit IT A/S (ISAE 3402 type II). Database and application stored in secure data centre with separate database for each customer.

BACKUP
A backup is done every hour. Full backups are done once a day and moved to another physical location.

SPEEDADMIN MOBILE APP
The SpeedAdmin app might ask for permission to access the microphone or camera of the device. The microphone and camera are used for adding content for communication between student, parent and teacher. The microphone and camera is also needed when having a "Live video" conference. No microphone or camera data are accessed without consent by the user.

NEWSLETTER

If you have signed up for our newsletter, you have given permission for us to collect data, record openings of our newsletter and clicks (e.g., links in the newsletter). We use this data to optimize our newsletter so that you can have the best possible experience. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by using the link at the bottom of the newsletter, or by contacting us at info@speedadmin.com. Then we will delete all personal data (name, e-mail, registration of openings of the newsletter and clicks).

This website uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in your browser so that it can recognize your computer on return visits. There is no personal information stored in our cookies and they may not contain viruses. Cookies are used to keep statistics on the number of users as well as information on product engagement and geography.

DIFFERENT TYPES OF COOKIES
There are two different types of cookies on SpeedAdmin:
Session cookies
Set by the website and used to recognize you as you move around the page. Session cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. Google analytics is used to collect traffic data on the site (not personal data).

Persistence cookies
Persistence cookies are used, among other things, to store which school you belong to, so the next time you visit the site, the school is automatically selected for you. It is also saved that you do not want to see the Cookie message again if you click OK. These expire on a given date.

HOW LONG ARE COOKIES STORED?
Cookies delete themselves after a certain number of months (may vary), but they are renewed after each visit.

REJECT OR DELETE COOKIES
You can always reject cookies on your computer by changing the settings in your browser. Where you find the settings depends on which browser you are using. Please note that if you reject cookies, there are many features and services that you may not be able to use, as they require the website to remember which choices you have made.
