Self-service is a key focus for us right now. It’s about giving customers the right tools and information so they can find answers when they need them.
With SpeedAdmin Play!, we’ve taken a big step forward by improving our user guides, adding more in-system help, and introducing built-in wizards to support more complex tasks. We still really value working closely with our customers, but being able to find the answer yourself can be incredibly satisfying - and that’s what we want to enable.
This update is all about making support feel effortless and intuitive - and it’s just the beginning.
